Vehicle Chassis
The braking system utilizes front and rear hub brakes, delivering superior braking performance. It’s equipped with high-intensity LED headlights for enhanced nighttime safety during driving.
The chassis is built upon a top-tier electric tricycle chassis, featuring an integrated curved beam frame structure with mechanical high and low-speed gear adjustment. It’s equipped with oversized tires and shock absorbers, ensuring it can effortlessly handle heavy load-bearing situations.
The controller is securely located at the vehicle’s underside, with an accompanying installation box for easy maintenance and protection against potential damage from water splashes.
Operating Mode
Featuring both left and right side flushing nozzles, this vehicle offers 360-degree adjustable nozzle directions. The versatility of the left and right nozzles allows for instant changes in flushing directions, with the added durability of a hydraulic main valve. For added functionality, there’s an optional 5-nozzle front flush device that can seamlessly switch between front and side flushing.
The side punch is equipped with an adjustable electric push rod, offering automated height adjustment ranging from 0 to 20cm above the ground.
Additionally, it comes equipped with a handheld high-pressure spray gun with a rotating nozzle, perfect for washing small advertisements, trash cans, and ground debris.
Power System
The vehicle comes equipped with a reliable 45AH dry maintenance-free battery from a reputable brand, either Chaowei or Tianneng, known for its robust battery life.
Vehicle Configuration
The vehicle features a 700L one-piece rotomolded water tank renowned for its leak resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to aging. This water tank includes specialized interfaces for cleaning, sewage discharge, and an overflow outlet for when the tank is full. Additionally, a water level observation window is conveniently integrated into the tank’s side, enabling real-time monitoring of water levels.
For effective cleaning, the vehicle utilizes a 60V DC variable frequency brushless high-pressure washing machine as its cleaning pump.
It is equipped with a high-performance Italian AR high-pressure water pump, capable of delivering a maximum pressure of 200 kg for powerful flushing capabilities.
A 15-meter water hose is provided for high-pressure cleaning within a 15-meter radius. An automatic retraction system simplifies the management of high-pressure hose extension and retraction.
The vehicle’s body is treated with a sheet metal spraying process, which involves a mandatory pickling and phosphorizing procedure before the complete spray application.
Optional
The vehicle offers a choice between two water tank capacities: 500L or 700L with integrated rotomolded design.
Additionally, there is an optional rear dust suppression system that can be equipped on the vehicle.
